ForeverMe Academy

Our Method

A method you don't teach. A place you step into.

Every behaviour is communication. Every feeling is a message. But a poster on the wall never calmed a nervous system — the method only becomes real when it is built into a place a child can actually go.

Emotional regulation comes before learning. The ForeverMe Method turns that one belief into a journey a child moves through — seven stages, in order, from first noticing a feeling to believing in what comes next.

None of it is left on a worksheet. Every stage is something the SensPod is built to support — guided on its TouchPad, and reachable in the minute it is needed.

The shared language

All feelings are allowed
My body is sending me a message
I can choose what helps me
One small step is enough

The seven stages — and how the SensPod supports each one

The ForeverMe Method is a journey a child moves through in order, one stage at a time. Every stage asks something of the child — and the pod is built to answer it.

1

See

“I notice”

Everything begins with noticing — curiosity before judgment, looking before reacting.

How the SensPod supports it: The pod stops the noise and clears the visual field, so a child can finally notice what is happening inside. TouchPad opens with a single breath.

2

Feel

“I feel”

Every feeling is information — not a problem, not a weakness. Each one has something to teach.

How the SensPod supports it: Soundproof and private, the pod lets a feeling surface safely. TouchPad helps find where it sits in the body and name it — your word is the right word.

3

Understand

“I understand”

From “what's wrong with me?” to “what is this feeling trying to tell me?”

How the SensPod supports it: Warm, calm light and one quiet view give the mind room to understand instead of react. TouchPad sizes the feeling — pebble to volcano — so it can be met, not feared.

4

Regulate

“I choose what helps me”

Awareness creates choice. Help can be a strategy, a place, or a person.

How the SensPod supports it: This is where the pod becomes the toolbox: the child chooses a sense that helps — light, music, white noise, a calmer world, a breath. All engineered in.

5

Connect

“I am not alone”

Growth rarely happens alone. Connection creates safety, and safety creates courage.

How the SensPod supports it: The WE and TEAM pods seat two to four, so a teacher or friend can sit inside; the glass front keeps a trusted adult in view. A private place for the conversation that helps.

6

Grow

“I can”

Growth is built one small decision, one brave conversation, one new belief at a time.

How the SensPod supports it: Because the pod is always in the room, the practice repeats. “You Did It” turns a hard moment into proof — and the child begins walking to the pod on their own.

7

Believe

“I believe”

Belief is choosing hope before certainty — trusting yourself enough to take the next step.

How the SensPod supports it: Leaving the pod settled and capable is the evidence hope is built on. Open-horizon worlds like Space and Balance hold the feeling of possibility.

And then, one final choice — take the wheel.

The journey ends not with another feeling, but with a choice that belongs to the child. The pod gave them the practice; the next step is theirs to make.

The method, on the pod

“Feelings Are Messages” — one screen at a time

This is the method made physical: the guided flow built into the pod's TouchPad, the exact path a child walks from the first breath to a calmer body. Staff learn it themselves first, then beside a child.

1

Pause

One deep breath.

“Right now, I feel…”

2

Body Focus

Where do I feel it strongest — head, chest, stomach?

“Noticing your body helps your brain understand your feeling.”

3

Body Signals

What is it? A racing heart, a tight chest, a lump in the throat.

“Every body signal is a real message.”

4

Name the Feeling

Choose the word that fits.

“Your word is the right word for you.”

5

How Big

1 very small → 5 very big. A pebble, or a volcano.

“A big feeling is okay. You can handle it.”

6

What Do I Need

Quiet · space · rest · to be with someone · to move.

“All needs are allowed.”

7

Choose a Tool

Light, music, white noise, visuals, breath, a fidget.

“If it doesn't help, come back and try another.”

8

Check-in

Notice again — better, same, or worse?

“Something you chose helped your body.”

9

You Did It

Close the loop.

“Feelings are messages, not mistakes. Everything you need is already inside you.”

The sensory engine

Light · Music · Vision — the senses the method reaches for

Step three — Choose — is pure hardware. These are the tools, engineered into the pod. Explore each:

Light

Music

The iso principle from music therapy: meet the child where they are, then lead them toward calm.

Vision

Visual support: how what the eye takes in either calms or overwhelms.
